Our isolates are isolated after having been grown on various media. The 16S rDNA sequence is then determined for taxonomic identification (see Catalogue pages).

The 16S rDNA sequences have been established to construct a database that includes other phenotypic and genotypic characteristics of all the strains in the MOLA collection.
